Meet The TLC Medical, LLC team

Lili started her career as a critical care nurse with a BSN degree from the University of Iowa but soon found her niche in medical device sales.  Originally from Iowa, Lili now resides in St. Petersburg, FL with her wife Jennifer and dog Fenway.  Lili loves being outdoors, enjoying biking, hiking, kayaking, and rock climbing.  Summers she can be found enjoying all these activities in Black Mountain North Carolina.  Lili is an avid Tampa Bay Lighting and Iowa Hawkeye’s Ladies Basketball fan. She finds great joy in spending time with her young grandson, Leo

Todd was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and graduated Marquette University with a Bachelor of Science. Todd started his extraordinary career in medical device sales with Datascope Corporation in cardiac medicine and then to SmartPill Corporation in GI Medicine. 

Todd joined TLC Medical in 2010 and fell in love consulting with clinicians on neonatal, pediatrics, and labor & delivery therapies.  Todd is known for his warm personality and exceptional customer focused education. 

Todd lives in Milwaukee’s arts district, the Historic Third Ward on Lake Michigan. He enjoys dinner and drinks with friends at several of the bistros in the area, spending time with family, and staying active.

Carine Henderson resides in Salt Lake City Utah – the city with the greatest ski resorts.  In addition to her job, she is passionate about two subjects - bringing innovations in healthcare and youth entrepreneurship education. She currently serves as a Mentor in Residence at University of Utah Technology Transfer Office where she helps physician-entrepreneurs bring devices to market, as well as a lead mentor at Utah High School DECA Clubs where she helps students prepare for the business pitch competitions.     

With a degree in Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience from the University of Michigan (Go Blue!), Caroline has always had a passion for science and healthcare.  Upon moving to Chicago in 2017, Caroline pursued a career in medical device sales.  She spent a few years in orthopedic device sales before finding her home at TLC Medical in the neonatal space.  Caroline lives with her boyfriend Lincoln, dog Jerry, and two cats Alley and Tom in West Town, Chicago.  She loves to cook, and you can usually find her at a Pilates studio or bowling alley.  Caroline also loves to travel and her next big destination is Tokyo.

Nate started his career in the Medical field as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Cardiopulmonary rehab specialist for 6 years before finding his new career in Neonatal sales at TLC Medical.  Nate was born and raised on a farm in rural Nebraska and now resides in Omaha with his wife Jill, daughter Maxwell, and dog Khan!  Outside of work Nate enjoys exerting himself outdoors from golfing to hiking and working back at his family farm in Humphrey Nebraska.  Like a true Nebraskan Nate bleeds Husker red and enjoys following and watching Husker Athletics.  Nate has been with TLC Medical Since 2020 and covers the states of Nebraska, Iowa, North Dakota, South Dakota, and the western edge of Illinois.    

Kendra began her sales career in the copier/printer industry selling into Healthcare facilities. Wanting to have a more direct impact on patient outcomes, she transitioned into medical device sales.  After graduating from Indiana University—Bloomington, Kendra moved to Central Indiana where she resides with her husband, Leo. They enjoy spending time with their 3 adult children making memories doing all sorts of competitive activities and sports. Kendra is a huge sports fan, competing and spectating. Her favorite times have been watching her children in travel sports of Baseball, Basketball, and Volleyball.  On any given day, she can be found cheering on the St Louis Cardinals and Green Bay Packers and perfecting her game of Pickleball.   

It was kismet that brought Michelle and TLC Medical, LLC together in 2014.  Michelle, a Jack-of-all-trades, brings her skills and drive to get the job done to support the TLC Medical, LLC team in a variety of ways.  When she isn’t in the office she is generally not far from her husband, Josh, and is often found baking, making cards, or crafting.  Michelle enjoys spending time with her children, Joey, Tabitha (Tabi), and Justin as well as her grandkids – Wyatt, Mason, Adler, and Evalyn.

 Tabi came to TLC Medical in 2019 and strives to exceed customer expectations in every interaction.  Tabi and her beau, TJ enjoy country living with their dog, Calypso (Caly) and new kitten, OpeShi.  She collects Funko Pop figurines, enjoys jigsaw and diamond puzzles, as well as various crafts.
